  • Recognize trends and patterns, escalating issues outside company policy to the global team.

What Do You Need?

  • Language Requirements: Fluent in Italian and English, meeting agreed-upon language proficiency scores.

  • Education: Further education or college degree desirable; military experience acceptable in lieu of college education.
  • Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Process Outsourcing environment or similar service/process management environment.
