Are you looking for a new challenge in Valencia? We’re currently looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to work for an international printing company in Valencia.
In this role, you’ll be a true communication genius and in constant contact with customers via email, chat, or phone. You’ll help customers choose the right product, provide design advice, and guide them toward the best final result. You’ll also solve problems and occasionally even help someone unsure about colors or sizes. No two days are the same!
Don’t worry if you don’t have any experience yet, you’ll receive a paid one-week training course that will teach you everything you need to know. From work processes to the best tips for talking to customers, it’s all covered!

Valencia, a vibrant city on the coast
Valencia is a beautiful city in Spain, right by the sea. The weather is almost always pleasant, with plenty of sunshine and mild temperatures. You can enjoy beautiful beaches, charming squares, and parks for walking or exercising. The city also has many great restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food. Valencia is international, so it’s easy to meet people from different countries. It’s a great place to live if you enjoy sun, sea, and a relaxed lifestyle.
What do you get?
- The salary is €1700 gross per month.
- You will receive support in applying for your NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero, the identification number for foreigners in Spain), for example by completing forms and arranging the necessary administration.
- You will follow a full one-week training course, after which you will start working with colleagues in the second week.
- The contract is for an indefinite period.
- You’re entitled to 25 vacation days per year, plus national (and Valencian) holidays. If you work on a public holiday, you’ll get another day off plus extra pay.

What is required?
- You are proficient in Dutch/Flemish, both orally and in writing.
- You have good English skills, both oral and written.
- Experience in customer service or with Adobe InDesign is a plus!
- A bachelor’s degree or a comparable academic level.
- You have a European passport or ID card.
- You are at least 18 years of age or older.
- You are available for at least 12 months.
