Your new role
Your main task will be to improve our online presence and increase organic traffic. This will include various SEO tasks such as keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization and link building strategies. You will also perform comprehensive analysis of website performance, identify opportunities for improvement, competitive analysis, search intent mapping and optimize SERP rankings.

As a Content & SEO Specialist, you will play a significant role in the design and implementation of our content strategy. With your outstanding writing, editing and storytelling skills, you will create engaging, user-centric content such as blogs, landing pages and other content aligned with our goals. A team of talented interns will support you with copywriting. Your role will also include coordinating this team.

In addition, you will use analytics tools and data-based insights to measure the performance of content and SEO measures. You will adjust strategies, maximize results and use A/B testing to optimize conversion rates and ROI.

What will I be doing?

Developing and implementing content strategies: planning and creating engaging, SEO-optimized and trending content that aligns with Yobbers’ mission and goals

Search engine optimization: conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and off-page SEO tactics

Analyzing and reporting on performance: using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console to measure content and SEO performance and derive actionable insights

Improving user experience: working with designers and developers to ensure content is visually appealing and optimized for readability and conversion

Leading outreach initiatives: Building relationships with external creatives, managing backlink campaigns and improving Yobbers’ online presence

What do I bring to the table?

Proven expertise: 3+ years of experience in content creation and SEO, with a track record of organic growth

Technical know-how: In-depth knowledge of SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs) and CMS platforms

Analytical skills: Ability to interpret data, perform A/B testing and optimize content strategies based on performance metrics

Creativity & Communication: Excellent English and Dutch or German language skills and the ability to create content that engages our target audience

Experience in a startup/scale-up environment is an advantage

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €2,200 and €2,500 gross per month.
