German speaking customer consultant (remote from Greece)
As a Customer Consultant, you will create valuable and memorable experiences for a variety of clients. Your tasks
- Answering incoming calls, emails or live chats
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to ensure satisfaction

- Providing accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods/tools
- Achieve personal and team customer service goals and call quotas
- Documenting customer interactions, processing customer accounts and filing documents
- Adhering to communication procedures, guidelines and policies
