What you will do in this role

As an Account Manager on our team, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, making a strong first impression and developing and growing a portfolio of clients with your sales skills.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and guide companies in the adoption of advanced cloud technologies.
  • Drive revenue growth by seizing opportunities and addressing the needs of small and medium sized businesses with our client’s cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collect feedback from customers and translate it into actionable insights for the business: “Voice of the customer.”

Your qualifications

Concentrix is your perfect match if you:

  • Fluent Dutch (native or professional level) and English.
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in IT sales with demonstrable success and/or experience in sales account management or customer management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, etc.

An advantage is if you have:

  • Have experience with or knowledge of MS Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365 or similar solutions.
  • Have earned a Microsoft Fundamentals certification in MS Azure, Modern Workplace and/or BizApps.
