What you will do in this role
As an Account Manager on our team, you will:
- Take full management responsibility for a portfolio of German SME clients, with a clear focus on portfolio growth and long-term retention strategies
- Identify customers’ needs with products and services and sell appropriate value-added components to create stronger customer loyalty
- Proactively manage pipeline effectively, identifying and prioritising opportunities to meet and exceed profitable growth targets
- Consistently find new sources of expansion opportunities, e.g. self-generated leads, client referrals, subsidiaries or sister companies
- Ensure that premium value is delivered in line with the client’s objectives, creating a positive client experience and achieving client loyalty
Your Qualifications
Concentrix is an excellent match for you if you:
- Are fluent or bilingual in German plus advanced English
- Have experience in the German market
- Are self-motivated and results-oriented, with a positive attitude and a clear focus on achieving and exceeding goals
- Have a challenging mindset and can think creatively to identify new business opportunities
- Are a natural forward planner who is highly organised and has the ability to manage multiple clients at different stages of the sales process
- Can work independently but also collaborate in a team to maximise individual and corporate performance
- Have exceptional communication skills, can confidently talk to business leaders and influence decision-makers
- Can quickly gain an in-depth understanding of each client’s needs to drive results and identify new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative selling approach
