✨ About the Job
You’ll be based at the company’s Lisbon operations hub, assisting Dutch-speaking clients who use leasing services for business vehicles. Your job will be to answer questions via phone or email, schedule service appointments, and provide support with tasks like fuel cards or documentation.
No previous experience is required — you’ll receive intensive training during your first week. The atmosphere is international, youthful, and highly collaborative.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

Responding to inquiries about vehicle use (maintenance, repairs, etc.)

Assisting with fuel card or document requests

Suggesting service improvements based on common customer issues
You’ll work full-time, Monday to Friday, on rotating shifts between 07:00 and 17:00 (40 hours/week).
