- Language Skills: Dutch at native or C2 level, and English at B2 level.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is required.
- Technical Skills: Advanced PC knowledge and the ability to work with multiple applications.
- Personality: Interest in technology, excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.
Your Responsibilities 🛠️
- Provide excellent support to customers through inbound calls.
- Assist customers with sales, follow-ups, delivery questions and product-related problems.
- Resolve technical issues using your knowledge of the products and tools.
- Refer complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
- Meet performance goals such as NPS, AHT, FCR and QA scores.
