Your Profile
- – German at C1+ (native or near-native, verbal & written)
- – English at B2+ (verbal & written)
- – EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece
- – Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset
- – Strong contact-handling skills, active listening, and confident email writing
- – Comfortable using digital platforms/tools and switching between multiple tabs/systems
- – Able to handle sensitive customer data with care and professionalism
- – Willing to relocate to Athens (relocation support is included)
- – Flexible for shift work (24/7 rotation, including weekends and night shifts)
Your Responsibilities
- – Manage incoming and outgoing contacts via phone, chat, and email in German
- – Deliver a superior customer experience, focusing on quality and satisfaction
- – Build sustainable customer relationships through open and interactive communication
- – Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools in a timely manner
- – Support users with account access issues, password resets, and online banking tool guidance
- – Handle transaction-related questions and reports of lost/stolen cards
- – Meet personal/team targets and contact handling quotas
- – Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentation
- – Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies (especially around personal information)
- – Collaborate with internal departments in English for complex case resolution
⏰ Working Hours
- – Standard working hours: 24/7 (shift rotation)
- – During ramp phase: Mon–Sat, 09:00–21:00
Training
- – 2 weeks of paid training (includes a mandatory client test to pass)
- – 2 weeks nesting period with team support
Salary & Bonuses
- – €1,400 gross/month (German market)
- – Performance bonus: up to 10% (based on targets)
- – Additional night shift allowances (where applicable)
- – €500 anniversary bonus (project policy)
