We are a European international company in the process of establishing a new location in Lisbon. As part of our expansion, we are seeking a dedicated bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in German and English (C1). This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless communication between our clients and employees, facilitating efficient service delivery.

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate with employees to ensure services are accepted and delivered on time

  • Support customers during onboarding, making sure all information is accurate and complete

  • Troubleshoot issues during service execution (e.g. accessibility or delivery challenges)

  • Manage customer feedback, complaints, damages and quality concerns in a professional way

  • Handle employee absences in line with internal guidelines

  • Ensure customers’ payment information is always up to date and correct

  • Answer employees’ questions regarding contracts and payroll

  • Provide feedback to employees on their performance and escalate issues when needed

  • Initiate and follow up on contract changes for employees

  • Help plan and execute events for employees and customers

  • Run regular check-in calls with employees and clients to monitor service quality and gather feedback

 

What you bring

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar customer service, coordination or operations role

  • Ambitious, committed and eager to grow in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent telephone etiquette and relationship-building skills

  • Native/very fluent German and fluent English (C1)
