You speak German at a native level and have a good command of English.

You are a problem-solver with excellent communication skills.

You are organized, empathetic, and ready to relocate to Portugal.

Experience in customer support is a plus, but not mandatory — full training is provided!
🎯 Your Responsibilities

Assist customers with hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations.

Provide support during ongoing stays (e.g., overbooking, booking errors).

Manage customer complaints in a proactive and friendly way.

Update booking records and customer data in the system.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience for Expedia users.
