🧠 What you’ll be doing:

Analyse risk-scoring reports to identify potentially addictive behaviour

Contact at-risk players (via phone/email) to provide support and implement safeguarding measures

Monitor underage and self-excluded player registrations
-
Review case reports daily, weekly, and monthly
-
Escalate complex cases and suggest improvements to protect player wellbeing
-
Promote a culture of Safer Gambling within the company

Recommend process improvements to enhance Responsible Gaming operations
👀 Who we’re looking for:

Native or fluent Danish speaker, with strong English skills

Great listener with a high level of empathy
-
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
-
Positive attitude, team spirit, and a proactive approach

Experience with MS Office
-
iGaming knowledge is a big plus, but not essential
