As a Customer Operations Expert, you will be the first point of contact for Nespresso clients. Your mission: deliver outstanding support, build brand loyalty, and elevate the coffee experience for every customer.
🛠 What you’ll do

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat

Provide product knowledge and personalized solutions

Help clients manage subscriptions, machines, orders, and sustainability services

Identify upselling and retention opportunities through meaningful conversations

Deliver high-quality support with a strong first-contact resolution mindset
📚 Training
You’ll receive a fully paid, intensive training (20 working days) covering tools, systems, and everything you need to feel confident in your new role.
💼 The offer includes

Permanent contract (initially 12 months with possibility of long-term renewal)

Full-time (40h/week) on rotational shifts between 7:00–19:00 (Mon–Sun)
