💼 Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships

Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved

Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction

Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries
✅ We’re Looking for Someone Who:

Has a C1 level of English and is fluent in Dutch, German, or Swedish
-
Is preferably available full-time
-
Is ready to work on-site in Barcelona during the 5–6 month adaptation period, then in a 50% hybrid format

Will join us at our office: Carrer de la Constitució, 2, Sant Just Desvern, 08960 Barcelona
