We are looking for a hosting support team dedicated to guest satisfaction. If you want to spend winter in the French Alps, immerse yourself in mountain life, and embrace the snow, this is your perfect opportunity!

Our ideal candidates will be versatile, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals who are energized by taking care of guests. Our chalets are luxury properties, so we need a team that takes pride in maintaining high standards and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum age of 21 on 1st December 2024
- Excellent standard of spoken English (B2/C1)
- Valid manual driving license for Europe with at least two years of driving experience
- EU passport
Skills/Experience:
- Competent driver comfortable with a 9-seater minibus (training provided)
- Recent cleaning or housekeeping experience
- Previous hospitality experience (please provide references)

Responsibilities:
- Weekend Changeovers
Prepare our luxury chalets for incoming guests, ensuring high standards. Tasks include:
- Stripping and re-making beds
- Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Tidying patios and gardens
- Washing towels and organizing store cupboards
- Hosting (Covering Chalet Hosts’ Time Off)
A guest-facing role that includes:
- Tidying the chalet
- Preparing breakfast
- Servicing guest bedrooms
- Cleaning communal areas
- Driving guests to the slopes
- Setting up afternoon tea
- On-call slope runs
- Miscellaneous Support Jobs:
- Snow clearing
- Food deliveries
- Hot tub cleaning
- Mid-week cleans in self-catered chalets
- Covering for team members due to illness
Flexi Host Remuneration Package:
