About the Role
You’ll be joining an international company that specialises in customer service for some of the world’s biggest and most recognisable brands, including PayPal, Audi, Canon, Mercedes, Microsoft, and Netflix. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support customers of one of these iconic brands, providing assistance via email, phone, or chat to help resolve any issues they may have. For example, if a customer receives the wrong item after an online order, you’ll guide them through the return or exchange process. Your tasks may vary depending on the project you’re working on, and we’ll discuss the specifics with you during the interview.
While you’ll mainly communicate in Italian, there will be times when you’ll need to use English to collaborate with international colleagues.

What do you get?
- You’ll receive a gross monthly salary between €1045 and €1100, plus 2 bonus months (so, 14 monthly salaries per year).
- You’ll also have the opportunity to earn a performance bonus, depending on the project you’re working on, ranging from €100 to €200 per month.

- If you work on a Sunday or a Greek public holiday, you’ll receive 75% extra pay for that day.
- If you don’t live in Greece yet, you get a paid flight ticket, airport pickup and drop off, and temporary accommodation for your relocation. You will also get help with sorting out your administration, such as your banking, health insurance and taxes.
What’s required?
- Fluent in Italian (spoken and written).
- Good to very good English skills (spoken and written).
- Available for a minimum of 12 months.
- At least 18 years old.
- You already live in Greece, or are willing to relocate.
- You have a fast, stable internet connection.
