Customer Service Representative
As a Customer Service Agent, your role will be to assist customers through email, social media, and phone, helping them solve their queries with the confidence gained from thorough training. You’ll ensure every interaction leaves the customer feeling satisfied and supported. During your first interview, we’ll walk you through the variety of projects and positions available, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your skills and interests.
While your daily activities will mostly be conducted in Italian, you’ll work in a dynamic, international office where English is the language of choice for connecting with colleagues. What happens once you get the job
Moving to Porto is made easy with a seamless transition process. Your flight to Portugal will be reimbursed, and you’ll receive a warm welcome upon arrival at Porto’s airport. Your new colleagues will ensure you feel at home from the start, helping you settle into your new apartment and providing assistance with personal administration like health insurance, banking, and taxes. You’ll even have the chance to take a free Portuguese language course, which is sure to help you get by in day-to-day life, as well as impress your friends when they come to visit!
What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary between €1.050 (including accommodation) and €1.251,83 (without accommodation).
- You can use a shared apartment with colleagues for free. You will have your own room and share common areas such as the kitchen. Gas, water, electricity and internet are also included.
- Your training (2-4 weeks, depending on the project) is paid: you will receive €92.80 per week.
- Your plane ticket to Lisbon is refunded after 9 months.
- You will receive an annual return flight to your home country which will be reimbursed to you.

What is required?
- Fluent Italian (spoken and written).
- Be able to speak and write English at a good level.
- Availability to live and work in Lisbon for approximately 12 months.
- You need to have completed high school and have access to your diploma.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- You have a valid European passport or European identity card.
