We are looking for talented, hardworking and passionate Activity Team Leaders, who have a vast amount of experience working with children and managing teams, to join our team at TUI Holiday Villages in the following resorts: Ibiza and Lanzarote.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Holiday Village Activity and Childcare programs
- Organize program and scheduling of staff on a weekly basis
- Manage a diverse team and ensure staff are consistently performing to the highest standards
- Report back to ted HQ on a daily basis
- Report to Holiday Village Delivery Manager and liaise with Entertainment Team Leader on a weekly basis
- Be the face of the Activity and Childcare program and ensure the highest level of service is provided to all guests
- Ensure safety checks and risk assessments are completed on a daily basis
- Train and support team members to enhance performance and staff development
- Deliver family activities and events in resort
- Oversee delivery of specialist activities which include archery and aerial adventure.
- Work alongside Creche Supervisor to ensure the program is meeting standards and all reporting is complete
- Ensure all accident and incident reporting is consistent and at a high standard
- Keep staff happy, healthy and motivated throughout the whole season
The initial contract will be established until October 31, 2022, depending on the closing dates of the resort.

Qualifications:
- A degree relevant to education or childcare is beneficial
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years working with young people
- Experience in managing and developing diverse teams
- Vast knowledge of child protection and safeguarding
- Experience of working in the holiday industry and the ability to deliver excellent customer service
Other:
- Must have an advanced level of English
- Must have exceptional communication skills
- Must have the ability to problem-solve and use initiative
- Must have a desire and passion to provide guests of all ages with holiday experiences that exceed guest expectations
