About the position:
Do you enjoy speaking to customers and making them happy? As a home-based customer service agent in Sweden, you’ll be answering inbound phone calls and emails from customers to a large car brand who are looking for help and guidance. You’ll be communicating with the customers in Danish, however, the company employs people from all Nordic countries, so it’s great if you speak good English too.
You’ll be given a 3-week training course to ensure you have all the knowledge you need to confidently work in this role and your manager is always available to guide you if you have any questions. Furthermore, the company will make sure you get all the equipment (such as a laptop, headset etc.) you need to work from home in Sweden.

What we are looking for:
- Fluent Danish speaker
- Good English skills
- Good IT & computer skills
- You are available for at least 12 months
- You are at least 18 years or older
