More about what you will do:
- Review and process privacy requests using online tools.
- Check if each request follows our clients’ policies.
- Keep yourself updated on policy changes with help from the Training and Quality Departments.
- Work closely with our clients’ policy specialists to handle cases and regulatory questions.
- Ensure high-quality work in each case you review.
- Meet weekly productivity goals as part of your daily tasks.
- Collaborate with team members on projects to improve efficiency.
- Develop skills in data, tools, and quality assessment.
- Occasionally support different workflows, products, or markets as needed.
- Primarily support the market and workflow you were hired for, but also assist the French market and other markets using a translation tool when required.
