The primary task is to offer customer service and technical support mainly for corporate customers by phone, e-mail and chat. We are looking for customer-oriented and sociable people with good communication skills, who are diligent, motivated and responsible. You should be able to work and thrive in a group and solve problem situations with a positive attitude. Education or work experience in IT is an advantage, but certainly not a requirement, as we offer all new employees extensive training. The work is easier for those who have an easy time making new acquaintances and work experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement.
The most important thing is that you are both able and willing to learn new skills and enjoy working in a sometimes-hectic work environment. Of course, we offer continuous support and coaching during your employment. You need to be fluent in the Norwegian language both written and in speech and also have good language skills in English.
The opening hours for customer service are Monday-Friday 8.00-17.00. Your employment will begin with paid training where you get to learn both the technical side of the work and how to offer the best possible customer service and support.

- Fluent Norwegian in speech and writing
- Possess good knowledge of English in speech and writing

- Previous experience in customer service or other service professions
