About the position:
Do you enjoy speaking to customers and making them happy? As a customer service agent, you’ll be answering inbound phone calls and emails from customers who are looking for help and guidance. You’ll be communicating with the customers in Norwegian, however, the company people from all Nordic countries, so it’s great if you speak good English too.
You’ll be given a 3-week training course to ensure you have all the knowledge you need to confidently work in this role and your manager is always available to guide you if you have any questions.
Everything is arranged for:
When you arrive in Sweden you will be able to stay in a hotel or hostel arranged by the company where you can stay for free for up to 4 weeks.
Your flight ticket and travel costs are refunded to you after a period of 2 months. The company will help you find permanent accommodation within the city and provide you with several excellent benefits such as discounts for wellness activities and food!

What we are looking for:
- Fluent Norwegian speaker
- Good English skills
- Good IT & computer skills
- You are available for at least 12 months
- You are at least 18 years or older
