Driver’s license and 3 years of driving experience required for the 26-hour position. Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

26 hours per week spread over 4/5 days or 15 hours per week spread over 2/3 days (mainly weekends ).
Your team will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of residents. You will be responsible for cleaning the units upon handover and ensuring they remain in excellent condition throughout the season . You will also be responsible for welcoming guests and ensuring a friendly check-in.
You will need to have good time management skills, be attentive to detail and have a positive attitude towards the high standards of cleanliness and equipment of the establishment . You will also need to have good social skills and be able to talk to everyone.

Deep cleaning on weekends
Prepare and show the apartment to guests
Meet and greet guests
Cleaning during the stay / during the week
Providing information to guests to ensure they have a fantastic and hassle-free holiday Ensuring guests are aware of events and activities in Morzine during their stay Providing ski pass and meal delivery service.
Respond to customer requests, deliveries, etc.
Serve, distribute and clean up pre-prepared meals in our self-catering accommodations. Organize shopping
Accompany clients on the slopes when necessary.
Collect the money owed by More Mountain
Clear snow when necessary to ensure the safety and comfort of customers Be flexible and always adapt to the needs of customers and management Always be enthusiastic and provide excellent customer service.
Experience required:
Ideally, you have previous experience in the cleaning industry (you can provide a reference ) . You may have worked in a holiday environment, campsite or hotel , managed an AirBNB accommodation, worked as a chalet manager or managed apartments yourself.
