As a Customer Service agent, it’s your task to assist customers through phone calls, social media, and email. No worries, you won’t be thrown into the deep end right away. Through the training sessions, you’ll receive all the tools you need to tackle any problem. What do you get?
- A gross monthly salary of €1.500. After 6 months, depending on your performance, the salary will increase to €1.600.
- A performance bonus between €200,- and €250,- per month.
- You will receive paid training and coaching.
- Assistance with administration, such as banking, taxes, and health insurance.
- After training, you’ll have the flexibility to work hybrid, partly from home and partly in the office!
- 23 vacation days based on a full-time contract.

What is required?
- Fluent in Danish (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in speaking and writing English.
- You must have a European passport/ID card or the legal right to live and work in Spain.
- Available for a minimum of 6 to 12 months.
- At least 18 years of age or older.
