We are looking for Norwegian Customer Support Consultants to join the dynamic team of Netflix. Are you a TV show fan? Start your career in Greece and work remotely all over the country!
Responsibilities
- Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
- Answering how-to questions about payment
- Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
- Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix
Requirements
- Native Norwegian speaker
- Fluency in English
- Great communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge/tech savviness
- Being a TV show fan (or even a Netflix subscriber) will be considered an extra asset!
- Relocation to Greece
- EU Passport holder
