About the Job
Step into the world of digital innovation by joining the ACQO project, a collaboration with Google, the global tech powerhouse driving progress in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and digital marketing. Based in Piraeus, this role puts you at the center of a project designed to enhance the performance of Google’s search engine by refining the relevance and quality of search and advertising content.
As a Digital Content Curator, you’ll evaluate search query results, refine ad text, and provide valuable feedback that trains machine learning models. Your work directly impacts the experience of millions of users, ensuring they find the most relevant and high-quality information online.
What Is Your Daily Life Like?
Your day-to-day tasks will blend technical precision with marketing insight. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
- Analyze and assess search results, determining the match between keywords, search intent, and landing pages
- Create and optimize ad copy and extensions to maximize digital campaign effectiveness
- Use your judgment to classify results based on predefined quality standards (e.g. Good, Risky, Bad)
- Participate in improving algorithmic performance through direct feedback (key role in Machine Learning enhancements)

Operate with a focus on core performance metrics, including:
- Keyword Quality Score ≥ 80%
- Landing Page Score ≥ 80%
- Average Handling Time (AHT) ≤ 7.5 minutes
You’ll work as part of a team of international professionals, with full onboarding and training provided to ensure you’re ready to succeed. The role is office-based in Piraeus, on a rotating shift schedule (Monday to Sunday, 08:00–22:00).

What Do You Need?
- Fluent Dutch speaker (C2 level)
- Good command of English (B2 level or higher)
- Strong technical affinity, particularly with browsers, spreadsheets, and online tools
- Ideally 6–12 months of prior experience in a similar digital or content-focused role
- Excellent written communication and decision-making skills
- A general understanding of online marketing and SEO is a strong plus
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
