What are you going to do?
This is a part-time position that requires working on-site when there are events and off-site when we need to promote specific events.
Tasks in the field of programming
- You will be responsible for the execution of the party events from start to finish: setup, integration, conclusion and closing.
- You are the face of the party: you welcome the guests, you create the atmosphere and you make sure everyone has a good time.
- You create and maintain an energetic and inclusive atmosphere throughout the evening.
- Collaborates with DJs, artists and the Experience team to organize party highlights, games or special moments.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve future party formats and guest experiences.
Sales tasks
- Boost food and beverage sales by actively approaching guests, encouraging them to buy, and recommending drinks and snacks.
- Collaborating with the bar and kitchen team to promote promotions, sell special offers and highlight special products.
- Achieve the weekly sales targets set by the Experience and F&B team.
- Understand guest preferences and use them to make personalized offers and increase sales.
Communication tasks
- Be a connector: introduce guests, start conversations and create a sense of community.
- Act as a brand ambassador on site, always conveying our tone and values through your actions and words.
- Use social media (if available) to promote events in real time, encourage content creation and promote our brand.
- Maintain communication with the events and bar teams to ensure that the evenings run smoothly.
Job requirements
- This is a very energetic, performance-driven role that requires charisma, confidence, and strong interpersonal skills.
- You will need to set an example on the dance floor, encourage conversations and actively promote our food and drink offerings.
- You must be able to work late evenings, weekends and holidays in an entertainment environment.
- You are capable of multitasking, analyzing a room and adapting your energy level to the needs of the audience.
- Prior experience in nightlife, events, catering or promotion is a plus, but most importantly, your charisma and attitude.
