Your day will begin in the office, where you’ll meet colleagues from all over Europe. Together, you’ll begin with a training session on technical details and learn tips and tricks for successful customer interactions. You’ll primarily handle calls, respond to emails, and interact with customers.

What does a video game support agent do?
Imagine you just purchased a new console and are having trouble installing or syncing software and devices. You need to contact customer service for help. That’s where you come in! As a support agent, your job is to ensure customer satisfaction by answering product questions, helping them set up their system, and providing friendly assistance. For example, you might help a customer troubleshoot their console or guide them through account syncing. You might also resolve payment issues and offer advice on game purchases. Your goal will be to build positive relationships and encourage long-term loyalty. Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, is essential for this position.

You speak French fluently (spoken and written).
You have a good level of English – spoken and written.
You are available for a minimum of 12 months.
You want to live and work in Lisbon.
You are at least 18 years old.
You have a European passport.
