About the position:
You’ll be working for a very well-known payment solutions company, answering inbound phone calls and emails from business customers who are looking for help and guidance. You’ll be communicating with the customers in Finnish, however, the company is very international with lots of colleagues from all over Europe, so it’s great if you speak good English too.
You’ll be given a 4-week training course to ensure you have all the knowledge you need to confidently work in this role and your manager is always available to guide you if you have any questions.

Everything will be arranged for you to ensure you’ll settle quickly into your new home! Your flight ticket and travel costs are refunded to you after a period of 2 months. When you arrive in the sunny city of Malaga, you’re collected by taxi from the airport and taken to a hotel where you can stay for 1 month for free.
During your first month in Spain, the company will help you find permanent accommodation within the city and there are lots of apartments to choose from. You’ll be starting along with other customer service agents from across Scandinavia and other parts of Europe. Most of your training group is new to the area so you can explore it together. Flexible shifts are also available allowing you to plan ahead and make the most of your time in the country.

The company’s brand new office is based in the beach town of Benalmádena, 30 minutes by train from the beautiful city of Malaga. After your temporary stay in the hotel, you’ll be able to choose where along the Costa del Sol you would like to live.
Do you pick Benalmádena? The tourist’s favorite with a beautiful beach, lots of lively bars, and a 10km long boulevard. Or maybe city life is more your thing? Malaga, a vibrant coastal city with a pretty old town, nice harbor area & over 16 beaches! Enjoy the sun from one of the many terraces whilst sipping a cold drink and enjoying some local tapas. Other towns close to the office where you’re able to live are Torremolinos, Fuengirola, and Marbella. Not a bad choice to make?
With this position’s salary, you’re able to have a high standard of living and still save money each month. The Costa del Sol is a cheap area to live in with lots of long-term accommodation options. A room in a shared apartment with a couple of roommates and you’ll expect to pay between €250 to €300 per month.

What we are looking for:
- Fluent Finnish speaker
- Good English skills
