It’s very simple. As an entertainer, you will:
– Organize activities and games for all ages: from toddlers to 103-year-olds.
– Be both a show host and a performer.
– Dance during the evening shows like a true Broadway star.
– Put on clown shoes to liven up the mini-disco.
– Talk to the guests, make them laugh, and promote the activities.
– Lead sports competitions, organize bingo games, or prepare quizzes.
You will be able to:
– Work within a multicultural team from all over Europe.
– Receive support and guidance from your teammates, team leader, and area coordinator.
– Access incredible destinations: the Canary Islands, Andalusia, Catalonia, the Balearic Islands, and the Levantine coast.
– Obtain positive reviews to improve the establishment’s online reputation.
In short, you’ll jump, dance, laugh, and meet people from all over the world! As a bonus, you’ll not only practice your English but also learn a little Spanish.

What do you need to join our team?
Trust us, we won’t ask much of you. Of course, if you know how to do magic or ride dragons, we’re all ears. But generally, we only need you to have:
- prior experience in the field of tourist entertainment
- Speak fluent English as well as another language such as Spanish, German, French, Polish or Dutch.
- Training: Although not required, we appreciate training in dance, fitness or sports, tourist entertainment or child education.
- A minimum availability of 6 months, although more would be great.
- A valid passport (not just an identity card) is required, unless you have already worked in Spain and have a NIE and a social security number.
You’ll also be the ideal candidate if:
– You’re not easily embarrassed
– You’re full of energy
– You enjoy working in a team
– You’re versatile and open to new challenges
– You like the color orange
If your profile matches what we’re looking for, you’ll be invited to one of our online recruitment days. During these sessions, you’ll learn more about the company and the role, and we’ll conduct short interviews.

What happens once you join our team?
At Acttiv, we’re experts in taking care of our facilitators. We want you to feel safe and supported every step of the way. That’s why we take care of everything!
As a member of our team, you will benefit from the following:
– Regarding accommodation, you can choose between accepting the provided accommodation or finding your own. If you choose the first option, €172 net per month will be deducted from your salary to cover expenses.
– All meals are included!
– You will have 1.5 to 2 days off per week.
– Your contract will be a permanent seasonal contract.
– Your contract also includes accident insurance and civil liability insurance (during working hours)
– You will contribute to the Spanish social security system. We will help you register
– 30 calendar days of vacation per year worked
