Are you ready to join a small, international team where work feels like a ski trip with friends ? We’re looking for a German-speaking customer service representative who is friendly, proactive, and loves helping people.
At ALPY , we help thousands of customers plan their ski vacations, and you’re the hero who makes sure everything runs smoothly. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving booking issues, or simply putting people at ease, you’ll be the voice they remember (and thank!).
Your daily life:
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers (email, phone and chat).
  • Handles calls and emails from customers and vendors in a professional, friendly, helpful and efficient manner.
  • Try to get quick, clear and friendly answers: our customers appreciate speed and empathy.
  • Be a team player: Team spirit is as important to us as KPIs (maybe even more so).
Working hours
  • 10:00-18:00, Monday to Sunday
  • 5 working days per week (maximum 2 weekends per month )
  • Possibility to work from home on weekends and holidays.
  • Work schedules are planned in advance, no last-minute chaos.
  • Contract until April 15 (just in time for ski week!).

Employee Requirements:
Training:
We’re flexible: whether you’re a high school dropout, a college graduate, or somewhere in between, your attitude is more important than your qualifications.
Language skills
  • German – advanced level (C1)
  • English – upper intermediate level (B2)
    (French is a plus, but not required).
You will succeed in this role if
  • you speak German fluently and are able to hold a good conversation in English
  • you like helping people and solving problems
  • you are able to juggle several tasks without wasting time
  • you have a positive attitude and you enjoy working with others
  • you are good with computers (Zendesk, Microsoft Office or similar tools).
  • Bonus: Experience in customer service, travel, or e-commerce—but we’ll show you how if you’re a beginner!

Salary: 1600 gross + very competitive monthly bonuses.
Net salary is generally between 1500 and 2000 euros per month.
We also offer a relocation package to cover the candidate’s start-up costs.
