Main Responsibilities
- Organize visits to our client installations for national and international clients
- Coordinating group visit scheduling along with representatives and managers from each area
- Planning travel and accommodations
- Providing support in event organization
- Managing administrative and billing tasks
Core Skills/experience
- Previous experience as a tour guide or in similar positions is valued
- Preference for education in Tourism or Translation and Interpreting
- Proactivity and organizational skills, with the ability to interact with diverse clients
- Positive attitude and motivation to tackle new challenges
- Eagerness to succeed, creativity in problem-solving, and resilience in the face of difficulties
