As a payroll specialist, you will be working with administrative tasks related to the company’s payroll processes for the Swedish market. This position also includes a bit of customer service since you will also be the point of contact for any payment and payroll related questions. You’ll need to be very organised and good with finance and numbers as this job requires a lot of administration. You’ll be working on the software, SAP, therefore experience with this system is a huge plus!

You can take up your duties from anywhere across either Spain or Portugal. Your employer will send you the equipment and will train you so you’re completely comfortable with all the tasks involved.
What we offer you:
- A salary between between €17,000 & €23,000 depending on your experience in payroll and finance.
- You can work from home anywhere in either Spain or Portugal
- 23 vacation days + national holidays where you live
- 2 weeks of paid training
- Permanent contract
- All equipment sent to you by the company
- Fixed working hours from Monday to Friday, regular office hours
What we expect from you:
- Fluent Swedish (spoken and written)
- Be able to speak and write English fluently.
- You are at least 18 years of age or older
- You are available full-time, 40 hours per week.
- You have a clean criminal record
- You have a quiet workplace in your home.
- You have a good internet speed at home.
- Experience in Finance, Payroll, Administration or HR is very desirable.
- Experience in SAP is a great asset!
