Language Travel Consultant with Swedish needed in Barcelona

Main Responsibilities

Analyzing and addressing clients’ demands, while selling personalized language stays
Ensuring regular follow-up with clients on new offers (via telephone, via email)
Be the trusted advisor for clients to turn to for assistance with visa requirements, travel arrangements, and navigating the maze of regulations and insurance needs
Assisting customers before, during, and after their stay
Providing personalized advice to each customer, including detailed information regarding every step of the language course
Processing bookings, managing customer’s files, managing invoicing
Cultivate lasting relationships with our customers

Core Skills/experience

Min. of 1-year experience in the Customer Service sector or similar
Prior sales experience, ideally in a travel agency
Sophisticated interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously, with a high level of organizational skills and responsibility
Positive can-do attitude with a passion for languages and travel
