As a Customer Care and Sales Agent, you’ll be the friendly face behind the phone, email, chat, and web platforms, helping customers with everything from questions to purchases. From unravelling payment puzzles to orchestrating new orders, you’ll ensure every interaction ends with a smile.
To rock this role, you’ll need a blend of customer service charm and sales savvy. Great communication skills are your secret weapons, guiding you through negotiations with ease. And when the pressure’s on, you’ll thrive, fuelled by your passion for delivering top-notch service with a dash of Swedish flair.
