Responsibilities
As a French Speaking Advisor, you will have the responsibilities below:
- Assist viewers through phone and/or chat regarding different queries
- Provide account and application support to viewers namely about software functionality
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries.

- Workplace: Hybrid
- Base Salary: 895€ gross per month per 14 months
- Performance Bonuses: 100 euros gross per month – 12 payments per year.
- Transport allowance – 20 euros per month
- Meal allowance – 7.23 euros per working day
- Accommodation is provided by the company for 280 euros per month (bills included). This option is only available for candidates coming from abroad.
Requirements
To be selected as a French Speaking Advisor, you need to have the requirements below:
- Have a native level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2)
- Are passionate about entertainment and media enterprise
- Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy, team spirit, and customer-oriented
- Have familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
- Be eligible to work in Portugal by either having an EU passport or a valid work permit to work legally in the country.
