Tregarthen’s Hotel, is located in the beautiful Isles of Scilly and are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous chef to join the team for next season starting in March 2020 until mid/end of October 2020.
Tregarthen’s has 30+ rooms and several self-catering cottages. As Sous chef you will be responsible for the service delivery and the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
The right candidate must:
- Have experience at Sous Chef level.
- Be able to handle the pressure of a busy kitchen and maintain standards.
- Be clean and tidy in appearance.
- Have good time management.
- Be a hard-working team player who is willing to share their knowledge.
We provide you with accommodation in our shared staff accommodation and you will participate in the seasons gratuities paid at the end of the season.
