About the Job:
As a Trust and Safety Specialist for Supercell, you will moderate content in real-time and ensure the safety of players in the gaming community. Your key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and moderating in-game chats and user-generated content across various platforms.
- Identifying inappropriate behavior and enforcing community guidelines.
- Investigating reports of abuse, fraud, and other breaches of security.
- Supporting Supercell’s competitive gaming landscape by detecting cheating and other forms of game manipulation.
- Handling sensitive situations involving threats of violence or harm, such as child abuse, terrorism, or cyberbullying.
You’ll undergo a comprehensive one-week training program, conducted in English, to equip you with the necessary skills and tools. This includes software training, product knowledge, and customer relationship management.
