C’est La Vie is a fully crewed, luxury hotel barge offering barge cruises in France. Including canal and river cruises through Burgundy, the Loire and Champagne.
*IMPORTANT* – Please note that we can only accept candidates with an EU passport.
HOST/HOSTESS ROLE: The work includes daily cleaning of the cabins and serving guests food and drinks.
BOATMAN ROLE: The work includes, helping the pilot with the maneuvering of the boat through locks along rivers and canals, general maintenance and cleaning. There is also some washing up and serving drinks to clients.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- EU Passport
- Fluency in English is essential for both roles
- Non-smoking and no visible tattoos

We require the hostess as off Saturday 21st May until the 25th of June. Then again from mid August to the end of October. We require the Boatman from mid-August to the end of October.
- Ideally, you’ll have previous hospitality experience.
