TAG Live is looking for experienced team managers to lead our overseas teams with expertise, patience and enthusiasm. You will be managing a team of 9-23 staff members including an Activity Supervisor and Aerial Adventure Coordinator. You will be the contact point for all team members so your communication skills should be excellent. No two days will be the same in this exciting role of Activity Team Manager, so get ready for an exciting summer of leading a team of fantastic kids club and activity specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all Kids Clubs and activities in the resort.
- Motivate team members.
- Clear communications with Head Office.
- Ensure all safety procedures are up to date (safety checks, risk assessments etc).
- Creating weekly activity programmes and writing the weekly staff rota.
- Monitoring time off and planning accordingly.
- Progressing team members to be the best version of themselves.
- Be knowledgeable on all company policies & procedures.
- Train staff team and manage performance to create a high-quality team of individuals.
- Strive to hit targets set for Customer Reviews and Sales.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Any qualification relevant to education or childcare is beneficial, but not mandatory.
- Valid EU/UK Passport
- DBS Check (this can be provided once in the recruitment process).
- Full understanding of English and the ability to speak it fluently.
All staff will receive:
- Specialist training such as ERCA, Archery & First Aid.
- Specific training by the TAG team before starting the role.
