The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles, a full clean driving license and the right to work in France. Full training will be provided.
Main Activities:
- Customer service resort representative working with clients throughout their stay to ensure they have the best holiday possible
- Daily taxi trips for clients
- Changing the sheets and re-making beds and replacing the towels
- Preparing the linen and towels bags and delivering
- Linen and towels cleaning and sorting
- Managing linen and towels deliveries and pick-ups
- Preparing the cleaning bags for the cleaning teams
- Preparing equipment for the clients and delivering
- Preparing the info packs
- Cleaning the communal areas of our office building
- Check-ins / check-outs
- Spot-checks: checking that the cleaning has been performed to a high standard
- Cleaning all of our properties to the very high standards we work to consistently
- Recording maintenance issues with Snapfix
- Breakfast delivery -> Winter
- Snow clearing -> Winter
- Cleaning the vehicles

- Full clean driving licence
- Confident driving a 9 seater vehicle in winter conditions
