Tasks
In this role, you will represent one of our clients PlayStation, Zalando Telenor, Juice plus or One Plus and help their private customers via incoming phone calls and emails. Frequently asked questions concern deliveries, returns, invoices, subscriptions, products, or technical problems. Customer service and support come first, but if you work with Telenor, the role will also include additional sales and analysis on customer needs. The opportunity for bonuses is great. We are looking for you who has:
- A complete high school diploma.
- Fluent in any Nordic Language (Swedish/Danish/Norwegian or Finnish) and English in speech and writing.
- Good technical ability with mobile and computer.
