We are looking for German Customer Service Representatives with excellent communication skills in German to join us and start working on a variety of projects like our Outbound Lead Generation/Sales project in the Medical field or our Premium Inbound Contact Centre Project in the Hospitality industry. In the first project, your job would be to introduce General Doctors to our client’s products and facilitate a meeting with the client’s sales team. The second project is a high-speed, multi-tasking inbound customer care line, where we are supporting customer inquiries about their reservations.
Job Type: Part-time or full time, Freelance hourly based, Long-term
Salary: starting from 11eur per hour
We are looking for you in case you have:
- 2+ years of Call Center Experience (Inbound/Outbound)
- Strong user level of Computing Skills
- You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
- Excellent communication skills in German
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English
- College or University Degree is an advantage
