Would you like to start an international career while living in Greece?
We are looking for Customer Service Agents with Nordic languages to join international projects based in Greece. You will support customers for well-known global brands in sectors such as technology, e-commerce, digital services and finance.
Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, solving issues, providing support through different communication channels and ensuring a professional customer experience in your language.

REQUERIMENTS
• Native or fluent level of Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish, Icelandic or another Nordic language
• Good level of English
• EU passport or valid work permit in the European Union
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer and internet knowledge
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and willingness to relocate to Greece
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Availability to work full-time
