Citizens of European
(EEA) Member Countries are able to live and work in the Czech
Republic without a visa or work permit.
Citizens of New EU Member Countries (Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia ) are welcome to live and work in Czech Republic on the same basis as nationals of
existing EU States)
If You Are From A Country That Is Not
A Member Of The European Union You Must Obtain
A Work Visa Or Permit To Work In The Czech Republic.
Nationals of certain countries can visit the Czech Republic
for up to three months without a visa but will need to be granted a work permit
or
visa
to
take up employment.

No visa is required for the following countries to visit the
Czech Republic for periods of up to 30 days: Bulgaria Cyprus Romania Singapore
For periods of up to 90 days: Andorra, Argentina, Australia,
Austria, Belgium, Bolivia, Brunei, Canada, Costa Rica, Chile, Croatia, Denmark,
Estonia, Finland, France, New Caledonia,
Reunion, Quadeloupe, French Guyana and for periods of up to 30 days Wallis,
Futuna, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Guatemala, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland,
Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg,
Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua,
Norway,
Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Salvador, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain,
Sweden, Switzerland, United States of America, Uruguay, Vatican City and Venezuela.
For periods of up to 180 days: United Kingdom
All other nationalities must apply for a visa

Holiday Agreement With New Zealand In October 2004 That Has Yet To Be Finalised.
