Rockley Watersports Are Recruiting Watersports Instructors And Couriers At Watersports Centres In South West France And Poole, England

Our Summer Season runs from March until October. Rockley teach watersports to all abilities and ages. We are looking for outgoing hard working individuals, who want to experience something new.

Watersports Instructors

RYA Dinghy Instructors, RYA Windsurf Instructors, BCU Kayak Instructors and Mountain Bike Leaders are needed to work in France or the UK. The job will involve running the everyday activities of the watersport centre teaching both children and adults. As well as providing instruction on the water and land, you will be involved with organising and running evening entertainments once a week.

You will be working and living with a likeminded team of up to 50 other members of staff.

As part of the employment package you will be given transport to the centre (France only), accommodation, full board and a uniform. The summer season runs from the end of February through to October but we have people joining the team through- out this period.

Watersports Centre Support Staff (Catering Team and Couriers)
Rockley Watersports needs Chefs, Assistant Chefs, Kitchen Assistants (Catering Team) and Couriers to work in residential watersports centres in France and the UK.

The catering team is needed to produce all meals for our residential clients. Catering for children and adults the catering team will need to produce set menus for up to 150 in high season. The Chef will be responsible for all aspects of the running of the kitchen from ordering through to production and clean down. The Assistant Chef and Kitchen Assistant would support the chef within their role. Qualifications aren’t necessary but experience in catering essential.

Couriers support the smooth running of the centre and are responsible to the Land Manager for their everyday tasks. Couriers perform a wide variety of roles from general cleaning duties to helping activities staff with sessions. No qualifications are necessary for this position.

These jobs would suit motivated and dynamic individuals who are watersports enthusiast or would like to experience a working holiday in a fun and relaxed environment. As part of the employment package you are provided with transport (France only), accommodation, board and a uniform.

The centres facilities are available to all Rockley staff to use in their spare time. Our centres in France are only 10 km from the coast where some of the best European waves & miles of golden sandy beaches can be found. We encourage our staff to try new sports or to improve in a chosen sport, with the aid of our highly experienced staff.
