PGL are now recruiting for their 2012 staff team with positions available for Activity Instructors, Children’s Group Leaders, Watersports Instructors, Catering jobs (Chefs and Catering Assistants), Housekeeping jobs, Drivers, French-speaking Tour Leaders and Administrators, General Assistants and many more!
PGL is also recruiting enthusiastic and experienced TESOL or CELTA-qualified EFL Teachers to deliver their innovative programme in locations near London, Shrewsbury, East Sussex and Perth in Scotland.
PGL offers fantastic work and training opportunities for careers in the outdoors including apprenticeships, NVQs and instructing awards.
Qualifications and previous experience are not required for many roles as full training is provided. Watersports Instructors will need to already hold a minimum of the BCU (UKCC Level 1), RYA Seamanship or RYA Start Windsurfing (Non-Planing) awards to be considered for these specific roles. No formal qualifications are required for Activity Instructor/Group Leader roles.
Flexible-length contracts are available, from 12 weeks - 10 months. All staff will receive a competitive wage with bonuses for instructor qualifications, meal and accommodation package, free uniform and access to training and qualification opportunities including nationally-recognised apprenticeships, NVQs, National Governing Body personal competency and coaching qualifications. All development opportunities are offered free on the provision that you complete your contract of employment with PGL. Free transport to and from resort from a UK pick-up point is provided for staff working in France and Spain.
