Activity Instructors: More comfortable in a climbing harness than a business suit? Rather be at the top of an abseiling tower than in an office? Finished school and looking for a bit of a challenge? No previous experience or qualifications are necessary as all of our Instructors are provided with in-house training and qualifications. Throughout your time with Kingswood you will also be given the opportunity to gain various qualifications.

Bored with the nine-to-five routine? Catch your break into the Leisure Industry by joining the passionate and dedicated team at one of our eight Centres across the UK and France. We are NOW searching for enthusiastic, hard working and highly motivated young adults to be trained as Activity Instructors and Environmental Instructors. You need a 'get up and go' attitude and a love for working with children is essential! As an Instructor you will have the challenging, yet rewarding role of instructing groups of children in various high and low adventure activities including, team sports, motor sports, ICT sessions, Field Studies, evening entertainments and many other adventurous outdoor activities.

No previous experience or qualifications are necessary as all of our Instructors are provided with in-house training and qualifications. Throughout your time with Kingswood you will also be given the opportunity to gain various nationally recognised NGB awards, as well as your Modern Apprenticeship in Sports and Recreation.

Its hard work but incredibly fun and you will make friendships that will last a lifetime! Most staff members stay with Kingswood for 12 months before either pursuing other opportunities in the leisure industry or going on to more senior positions in our Junior Management Teams. Junior Management Positions

Kingswood the fast growing Education and Adventure specialists are looking for experienced committed individuals to join their centre management teams. You will have at least 3 NGB qualifications and also may have completed an industry related NVQ up to level 3. For at last the past two years you will have had responsibility for motivating a team to deliver a key aspect of an Adventure Centres Programme and you will now be ready to make the next step. Kingswood is an organisation that is really going places and you could fast-track your career with a permanent year round position and an excellent Leadership Development programme that will prepare you for running your own centre and more. Junior Management receives NMW wages, free accommodation and meals allowance. We love talents and you will also receive ongoing skills development and career progression.
