Work in shops, department stores, supermarkets and food outlets can offer a good source of employment whilst travelling. Experience is not always required but you will need to be well spoken and presented .

Most employers will be looking for staff to work for at least 3 months. Many stores hold application forms on the premises, so if you're interested in working somewhere in particular, it would be worth calling in there to make enquiries and pick up an application form.

This type of employment rarely offers accommodation so a place to stay will need to be found before taking up an employment offer.
