The Iona Island Community Recruit Volunteers To Work From March To November Each year people from every walk of life and nationality volunteer with the Iona community. This means working with a wide range of people in our residential centres on Iona, or with young people at our outdoor centre on Mull. The work is interesting and varied; helping to prepare meals, housekeeping, working with children, maintenance and driving, working in the shop or the Abbey Church. Positions on Iona and at Camas are generally available for periods of 6 weeks or longer from March to November, with full board, lodging and weekly pocket money provided.
